One of the perks of where I work is a few goodies sitting in the
corner of each room waiting to be nibbled on from time to time.
One when there were only about 30 of us working for the company, a
pack of buscuits appeared that reminded me of a buscuit that was very
much sort after in New Zealand when I was a kid. I memorized the name
and the colour of the pack and was equipped to go and find more of these
tremendous biscuits. Trouble is... I let a little too much time pass and
I no longer remembered what it was. "No problem" I thought, someone will
remember. Nope. "No problem" I thought again, I'll recognise them on the
shelves in the supermarket.… The brits are very good at making
buscuits.… And they have a few of them. So that didn't work
either.
So naturally, I bought them all, which lead to this email:
About a year or so ago I tasted a very yumy chocolate biscuit that reminded me\nof a biscuit in NZ from my childhood. I got to see the name and packaging. \nTrouble is.... I can't remember it. \n\nSo today marks the beginning of an epic quest. A quest to find that chocolate \nbiscuit. At some point in each week when that I'm in the office, I'm going to \nbring in some biscuits that were not the biscuit of my dreams. Of course, I \nhad to try a few packs that I knew weren't the one... just to be sure ;)\n\nAt a future time I'll describe that biscuit. But for now... For now lets bask \nin the glory of a buscuit that never was... Until we find... \nThe one.... True.... Biscuit.\n
